just clicking the "next blog" button brought me here. Thanks for this post. I almost cried when I couldn't lift my finger. And I thought I could beat it since I'm a pianist and have strong fingers. But I tried and tried and tried and utterly failed. It was impossible to move, against my will, against my commands. This little exercise was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life!
